What types of deliveries do you offer?

We specialize in freight deliveries using sprinter vans. Our services include local deliveries within Metro Detroit, retail purchase pickups, long-distance regional deliveries (e.g., to Chicago, Cleveland, Minneapolis, and Louisville), and recurring business pickups. We also offer express and specialty delivery options.

Do you offer residential or household moving services?

No. We do not provide household moving services, furniture assembly, or any delivery that requires our drivers to enter a customer’s home. Our deliveries are strictly no-touch and business-oriented.

What does "no-touch freight" mean?

Our drivers do not load or unload cargo. While each van is equipped with a pallet jack, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle the loading and unloading of items. This policy helps reduce liability and ensures faster service.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We offer same-day delivery for both local and regional shipments, depending on availability and distance. Express and specialty trips may include an additional fee.

What are your hours of operation?

We operate from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday. All deliveries are conducted during daylight hours. We do not drive at night unless specifically arranged and approved.

How is pricing determined?

We do not use flat-rate pricing. All trips are negotiated based on weight, distance, urgency, and fuel/wear costs. Customers submit an offer during the booking process, and we review it before confirmation.

Can I book without creating an account?

Yes. First-time users can book as guests. After your first delivery, you'll have the option to create an account to manage bookings and view delivery history.

Do you handle hazardous materials or medical waste?

No. We do not deliver anything classified as hazardous, radioactive, or requiring special licensing or containment.
